If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number. Refunds or exchanges will only be honored for unworn jewelry items in the original condition you received them in. Items damaged by the buyer's negligence will not be accepted, these pieces are handmade and unique. Materials are natural and precious and require proper care. If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. All returns must be made within 10 days of your date of purchase.
